This agreement is between EdmontonHost.com (us/we), and the authorized person (you) placing an order for this hosting account:

1- Subject to the provisions on this page, the account will be opened after we receive your order and will be billed monthly, on the day of activation, each month, unless cancelled by you or us.

2- Charges are billed on the day of activation each month for that month's hosting.

3- We are allowed, with 30 days written notice, to change our rates for any future server usage and/or services.

4- You agree to use our services at your own risk. We will backup your data on a daily basis and will restore your data in the event of a server loss. You are responsible to maintain backups of your own material in the event you damage or lose files on your server space.

5- Legal mumbo-jumbo: EdmontonHost.com specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall EdmontonHost.com be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or any other damages. User agrees to protect and indemnify EdmontonHost.com against any and all liability, loss, or expense arising from claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trademarks, trade names or patents, violations of rights and privacy and infringement of copyrights and property resulting from User's use of EdmontonHost.com services.

6- We reserve the right to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason we considers appropriate. Use of the email system to send unsolicited email (a.k.a., SPAM) or Usenet postings is not allowed from any of our accounts. "Sexually Explicit Adult Content" is not allowed on our servers. ( See our acceptable use policy! )

7- You agree not to use disk space provided by us for uploading files not directly related to your web site (we are not an offsite file-storage facility). You agree not to store any archival files in the disk space on on our servers. 90% of files stored on the servers must be linked to the web site. Web sites designed to distribute software and/or multimedia files are subject to special pricing.

8-I understand that EdmontonHost.com prosecutes for credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law. IP addresses are captured exactly for this purpose.

I agree to allow EdmontonHost.com to charge my credit card an initial payment for internet services which includes the initial package price plus a one-time setup fee (if applicable). I also agree to allow EdmontonHost.com to charge my credit card monthly for the service packages and monthly at the renewal price for the other packages after the initial package duration has expired. This agreement will be in effect until cancellation by either party in written notice at least 7 days before the due date.

I agree to the above terms and acknowledge that placing my order on the hosting order form for all intents and purposes is the equivalent to my on-line signature.
